This guide provides information and the locations for the 66 different searchable zones found within the Taos County Association of Realtors' Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the websites that use its Internet Data Exchange (IDX). The maps below show 18 regions comprised of one or more similar MLS zones combined due to similar locations and types of properties as shown on the maps below.

To see what MLS zones fall within a particular region, simply click on the desired region in one of the maps below. This will open a region page with the following:

A general description of the region including location and types of properties.
A map of the region showing approximate boundaries of its corresponding MLS zones
Detailed descriptions of each zone including location and types of properties.
A form to submit questions about the zones and corresponding properties.

Below the maps, you will find the Index of MLS Zones. Can click on any name to be taken to the region page showing its location and description.

Searching the MLS:

Please note that some listings are placed in the wrong zones (sometimes deliberately). Many boundaries are vague and overlap. Zone and neighborhood boundaries are based upon my experience of how listings are presented and are not necessarily as defined by the Taos County Association of Realtors.
