Property Information
Here you see phase one with Taos Pueblo lands and the dramatic
snow-capped summit of Kachina Peak beyond. The road between the
Taos and Taos Ski
Valley lies on the other side of the condominiums providing easy access
to both.
The pueblo style architecture blends right into the surroundings.

Location and area
Located just south of the Quail Ridge Tennis
Resort, the property lies just about 12 minutes from Taos Plaza and 20
minutes from the Taos Ski Area. To reach La Vida Feliz from Taos,
head northwest out of Taos along US Highway 64 to the "Old Blinking
Light" intersection where US 64, NM Highway 522 and NM Highway 150 meet.
Go north on highway 150 for 0.8 miles to the La Vida Feliz sign and make
a left turn on Apache Rd. The condominiums are on your right.
The community
The project consists of phase I which is
complete with only few units remaining and a future phase II to the north.
The plan above shows the layout and how the individual units surround a
central court yard. This plan also shows the location of the very few units
remaining.
The landscaped courtyards provide a terrific place to
